UNITY CROSSFIIT

CROSSFIIT classes utilize a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity & intention. It's designed to improve overall fitness by focusing on strength, endurance, and mobility.
UNITY BOXFIIT

BOXFIIT class is a high-intensity workout that combines elements of boxing with functional fitness training to provide a full-body cardiovascular and strength-conditioning session.
UNITY STRENGTH

Our Strength class is focused on building muscle, improving overall power, and increasing functional strength through structured resistance training.
UNITY TECH

Our Technique class is a focused training session designed to help members improve their form, efficiency, and confidence in key movements with barbells, dumbbells & gymnastics.
TEAM WOD

Our Team WOD class is a high-energy workout designed to be completed in small groups. Work is shared, reps are divided, and encouragement is constant - making the workout both challenging and achievable for all fitness levels.
RUN CLUB

This class is FREE for the commUnity. Our Run Club is a supportive, all-levels class to help you build confidence, endurance & consistency with your running. We focus on progress over perfection, creating a fun and encouraging group environment where everyone runs at their own level.
