UNITY BOXFIT

BoxFit class is a high-intensity workout that combines elements of boxing with functional fitness training to provide a full-body cardiovascular and strength-conditioning session.

Our Strength class is focused on building muscle, improving overall power, and increasing functional strength through structured resistance training.
UNITY TECH

Our Technique class is a focused training session designed to help members improve their form, efficiency, and confidence in key movements with barbells, dumbbells & gymnastics.
UNITY LADIES

Our weekly FREE FOR THE COMMUNITY class for the ladies. Led by experienced female coaches, this class empowers women through community, confidence, and personal progress, creating an ideal space for women who prefer to train in a supportive, female-only setting.
UNITY LIFEFIT

Designed to nourish both body and soul, this class is FREE FOR ANYONE to attend. It starts with a moment of prayer and reflection to help participants set intentions, release stress, and realign with their purpose followed by a cardio workout.
